Troubleshooting Tip
If you are having trouble receiving your email using Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird or other client, be sure to log into your web mail account at gmail.talkamerica.net and digitally signing the user agreement. You may also try resetting your password by visiting http://myadmin.cavtel.net.
You can retrieve your Cavalier Gmail messages with a client or device that supports IMAP, like Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail.
To enable IMAP in your Cavalier Gmail account:
- Log in to your Cavalier Gmail account.
- Click Settings at the top of any Cavalier Gmail page.
- Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
- Select Enable IMAP.
- Configure your IMAP client and click Save Changes
